Why do your books in Claude?

If Claude is already where you write emails, plan jobs and think things through, switching to a separate app just to raise an invoice breaks your flow. With Lazybooks connected, the invoice gets made in the same conversation, and it lands in proper invoicing software with your numbering, client details and branding.

Claude on its own can only guess at your numbers. Connected to Lazybooks it reads the real thing: every invoice you've raised, what's been paid, what's overdue and what you've spent. Ask how the month is going and you get an answer built on your own figures, not an example.

You stay in charge. Claude prepares the work, Lazybooks keeps the records, and you choose what gets sent to clients and when.

What Claude can do with Lazybooks

Turn a message into an invoice

Describe the job the way you'd tell a friend. Claude picks the client, works out the lines and saves a finished invoice in Lazybooks, ready for you to check and send.

Get a straight answer about money

Ask Claude who owes you, what's overdue or how this month compares with last. It reads your actual invoices and expenses, so the answer isn't a guess.

Log expenses while you think of them

Mention the van insurance or the box of screws mid-conversation and Claude records it in the right folder, so nothing waits for a weekend of catch-up.

Quotes while you're on the phone

Have Claude draft a quote while the customer is still on the line. It's saved in Lazybooks, ready to send the moment you hang up.

Find anything, fast

"What did I charge the Smiths last spring?" Claude searches your invoices, quotes and clients and tells you, instead of you scrolling.

A to-do list for your money

Ask what needs your attention today and Claude lists the overdue invoices, unsent drafts and anything that looks off.

  • Only the businesses you pick

Run more than one business? Tick the ones the AI may use. The rest stay invisible to it.

  • Nothing goes to your clients

Invoices and quotes are saved as drafts. You decide when they're sent, from Lazybooks.

  • Mistakes are easy to reverse

Every change the AI makes is logged. Ask it to undo, or edit and delete in Lazybooks as usual.

  • No passwords handed over

You sign in on Lazybooks' own page. The AI gets a key you can switch off at any time from Connected apps.

  • No money moves

The AI keeps records: invoices, income, expenses. It can't pay anyone or take payments.
